Add/Change Areas window
Purpose
Use this window to create the instruction spaces (rooms, studios, tees, courts, and so on) used when you set up class schedules on the Maintain Class window.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Maintenance menu, point to Scheduling Maintenance and click Maintain Schedule Areas.
- Use the keyboard shortcut Alt, N, H, S.

Item descriptions
Item | Description |

Look for Area Description | Enter an instruction area to look for. The grid automatically moves to matching areas as you type. |
grid columns A right angle bracket (>) identifies the column currently used to sort the grid. This grid may be sorted by either column. |

Area Description |
Displays the description of any areas set up in AIMsi. Click one to populate the boxes on the right with information. |
Location |
Displays the location of any areas set up in AIMsi. Click one to populate the boxes on the right with information. |
Area Description | Enter a description for the instruction area. You can enter up to 40 characters here. |
Area Location | Select a store location for this instruction area. Locations are set up on the Store Locations window. |
Item | Description |
---|---|
Save | Saves any changes you've made to the area. This button only displays if you've added or edited an area. |
Cancel | Cancels any changes you've made to the area. This button only displays if you've added or edited an area. |
Delete | Deletes the highlighted area. |
Add | Clears the window so you can add a new area. |
Exit | Returns to the previous window. |
